OPERATING RULES FOR THE OUTDOOR SAUNA - Penzion Studánka

1. Basic Information

3. Operating Hours

• The sauna is in operation only by reservation for guests accommodated at the pension.

• Reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.

• The sauna is turned off and disinfected after each use.

4. Rules for Users

• The sauna is intended only for persons over 15 years old (younger children accompanied by an adult).

• Use of the sauna is at your own risk.

• Before entering the sauna, it is necessary to shower and dry off.

• Entry only in a towel, no swimwear.

• In case of health issues (high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases), consultation with a doctor is necessary.

• Entry to the sauna is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Manipulation with the heater and electrical equipment is forbidden.

• After finishing sauna bathing it is advisable to use the shower and outdoor cooling.

5. Cleaning and Disinfection

• After using the sauna, the operator performs cleaning:

  • disinfection of handles,

  • inspection and cleaning of the floor,

  • ventilation of the space.

• Once a week:

  • thorough cleaning of the entire sauna area (benches, walls, windows, floor).

• If contamination beyond scheduled cleaning is detected, immediate sanitation is performed.

6. Ventilation and Climate Conditions

• The sauna is equipped with natural ventilation.

• The temperature in the sauna is set between 80–100 °C.

• Air humidity depends on the type of sauna.

• Regular monitoring and recording of operational parameters is maintained internally.

7. Safety Measures

• The sauna is equipped with a temperature sensor and thermostat with a maximum temperature limit.

• The area is accessible only with the operator’s consent.

• First aid: first aid kit is located at the reception.

8. Operational Records

• The operator keeps a simple record of:

  • date and time of sauna use,

  • cleaning performed,

  • any defects or extraordinary events.

9. Final Provisions

• This operating rule is available to guests at the reception and upon sauna reservation.

• Users agree to comply with these rules and staff instructions.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse sauna use for non-compliance with the rules.
